The site originally launched in 2003, and is the world's largest professional network with over 100 million members worldwide. Members use the site to connect to other professionals via profile pages, companies, and groups. Based on the work of the AETC Social Media Workgroup, this guide was designed to outline the benefits and challenges of LinkedIn, as well as offer examples and tips on how to create and manage your LinkedIn account.

dotHepatitis C Treatment Update: Live National Webcast: October 12, 2011

This is the 38th program in the ongoing series "Management of HIV/AIDS in the Correctional & Community Settings," which addresses clinical issues in the management of HIV-infected patients. This series is a unique, collaborative venture among Albany Medical College, the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision and the private pharmaceutical industry. Each program addresses a different clinical aspect of HIV infection using the same format: didactic lectures, case presentations and a panel discussion.

dot"HIV and Latino Migrant Workers in the USA"

Leticia Ibarra and Dr. Jon Persichino, our colleagues on the border, have published "HIV and Latino Migrant Workers in the USA," an iFirst Article and addition to the book Ethnic and Racial Studies 2011. They both work at Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo, Inc., in El Centro, California and are true champions for HIV training on the border for the PAETC border effort.
